About the Course

Never before in the history of the world has there been such a dearth of leadership. No matter what segment of society you look at, there is a need for men who know God and know where He is going. Now is the time for a new generation of bold, courageous, servant leadership. These types of leaders do not fall from heaven; they are made here on earth. Transformational Leadership is about preparing men for a lifetime of leadership wherever God takes them. The emphasis will be on building your lives below the waterline, because what we do below the waterline will, in large part, determine what we do above the waterline.

The purpose of this course is to help men put in place the foundation blocks for a lifetime of ministry and leadership. DM 301 is for men who are presently serving Christ somewhere in the context of the local church and desire three things:

Calling: A more focused and clearer vision of who they are, what God has prepared them to do, and how they are to spend the rest of their lives.
Character: To have their hearts refreshed and renewed in the midst of their leadership responsibilities.
Competency: To be further equipped for the leadership responsibilities they find themselves having in all areas of life.

Course Structure

The 30-week journey is divided into three modules:

The Heart of a Leader: Develop the inner character and spiritual foundation essential for impactful leadership.
Refocusing the Life of a Leader: Learn to navigate priorities and align daily life with God’s calling.
Lessons on Leadership: Explore practical wisdom and leadership insights from the book of Nehemiah.
